The purpose of this outage is to replace the motor and fan drive assembly on an Air Handler Unit. During this outage there will be no heating or cooling available as the Air Handler Unit will be shut off during this work. This will affect the cooling and heating supply system serving the 7th floor only. During this time spot heaters will be on hand if area temperatures drop to low levels.
