Jarrell Contracting, the building HVAC vendor, replaced a component that relates to the building general exhaust. A software upgrade to the building Energy Management System program has to be made to complete these modifications. This upgrade will involve cycling all of the general exhaust fans off then back on while the contractor stops and restarts the fans under the new program. This process will take a few minutes and will affect the lab exhaust hoods that are connected to the building HVAC system. This has no effect on tenant specific HVAC systems and their exhaust.

We are hoping to schedule this in the early morning this week on Wednesday at 6:00am. Cassidy Turley maintenance personnel will be onsite during the work and the entire process should take an hour or less.
