The purpose of this outage is to conduct a fire alarm test for the City of St. Louis inspectors for the 1st floor cafeteria project. During the occupants can expect to see strobe lights flashing and hear fire alarm audible messages. There will not be a need for the occupants of the building to evacuate during this test.
