The electrical contractor will be installing a new larger emergency electrical panel into the West building electrical system to accommodate the new larger emergency generator. Power will not be lost to the buildings at any time but the backup emergency power will not be available for both the West and IWJ buildings for an 8 hour period. This new emergency panel provides power to the emergency side of the transfer switches for the buildings. Again, the normal power will not be affected so the buildings will not see any power interruptions during this panel installation.
