From September 10th through September 19th, construction machinery will drill piers in one of the two entry drive lanes off Taylor Avenue leading to the Duncan-Taylor garage. Existing lanes will be reconfigured to continue to allow two lanes of cars to enter. Flaggers will help direct incoming traffic. Cars exiting the garage will not be affected.
